- De focus van onderzoek op de verbetering van het verwijzingsproces van mensen met systemische sclerose naar de paramedische zorg
- De Beweegpoli is een nieuw initiatief van Fysiotherapie Utrecht Oost en de reumatologen van het Diaconessenhuis Utrecht om 1e- en 2e lijnszorg te combineren. Het doel van de Beweegpoli is om de kwaliteit van zorg voor patiënten met reumatische aandoeningen te verbeteren en ze optimaal te assisteren bij het “in beweging komen”. Op de beweegpoli is er oog voor alle hindernissen die de patiënt kan ervaren. Door een snelle kennismaking met de eerstelijnszorg wordt ook de tweedelijnszorg ontlast (juiste zorg op de juiste plek).
